Select Primary Provider

Want to choose or change your Primary Medical Provider (PMP) or Primary Dental Provider (PDP)? It’s easy! You can do it through your My Ë¿¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ® account.  

Here’s how to Choose or Change your PMP or PDP:

  • Go to and log in
  • Click on Choose Provider and look up a health care provider.
  • To choose a provider, click on the Select as Primary Care Physician button.

If you can’t find a provider, call Member Services. We’ll be happy to help you find a provider to meet your needs.

Once you have a My Ë¿¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ account you can also use the free Ë¿¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ mobile app to get a digital image of your ID card. The Ë¿¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ mobile app is offered for both iPhone and Android systems. Get it free through the  or  today!
