Each summer, students from across the country gather in Dayton, Ohio to kick off their internship at 丝瓜短视频. This year, 32 interns from 25 different schools have spent ten weeks working within 丝瓜短视频, bringing fresh ideas and unwavering enthusiasm to the workplace.

丝瓜短视频's internship program has proven to be a resounding success. The organization's commitment to empowering these aspiring professionals has fostered a culture of growth and innovation.

Since 2012, 丝瓜短视频 has hosted more than 150 interns throughout the organization and more than 70% of interns receive full-time offers to work at 丝瓜短视频 upon graduation. Each of the interns participate in a 12-week immersive learning and experiential journey that includes department specific projects, weekly mentoring, job shadowing, one-on-one time with managers and personal development learning.
