NEW CARD, SAME GREAT COVERAGE

During the month of September, Ë¿¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ is mailing new member ID cards to all Ohio Medicaid member households. We are sending new ID cards because starting October 1, 2022, your pharmacy benefits will now be provided by Gainwell. Your new Ë¿¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ member ID will have this new information on it. Don’t worry, you are still a Ë¿¹Ï¶ÌÊÓƵ member! You will just need to contact Gainwell for your pharmacy needs now. Gainwell Member Services is available to you 24/7, 365 days a year. Call their team at 1-833-491-0344 (TTY: 1-833-655-2437) if you have any questions. You can also visit their website at .
