When possible, your primary care provider should be your first choice for care. You can choose a new PCP by logging into your My 丝瓜短视频^® account and selecting one from the PCPs in the 丝瓜短视频 network.

Note: 

• If you do not choose a PCP within 30 days of enrollment, one will be assigned to you.
• Your PCP is listed on your 丝瓜短视频 member ID card. You will get a new card anytime you choose a new PCP. Your new card should arrive in the mail within 10 days.

Remember, once you have a My 丝瓜短视频 account you can also use the free 丝瓜短视频 mobile app to get a digital image of your 丝瓜短视频 member ID card. The 丝瓜短视频 mobile app is available for both iPhone and Android systems. Get it through the  or  today!
