Over-The-Counter (OTC) Allowance
In 2024, your over-the-counter allowance is combined with your healthy food allowance. You get $150 each month to use on healthy food and commonly used health related items. Use your Healthy Benefit+ card to shop online, in-store or over the phone.

If you have questions, call Member Services. We are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from October 1 through March 31 we are open the same hours, seven days a week.
